HOW WE ARE ORGANIZED

Graced Family Chapel and her Affiliate Churches and Ministries are organized around two simple concepts.

  1. Relationship
  2. Individual Development Process

The Relationship Profile illustrates how we deal with different categories of people that we come in contact with in the course of ministryThe Individual Development Process (IDP) illustrates how we build and prepare our people for responsible Christian life and ministry. In other words, we establish relationships with the purpose of determining how to build people to become the best they were created to be in the kingdom.

  1. Relationship

A. The Community

This is the people that live in the immediate community where our Churches are physically located. It also includes our virtual admirers who link up with us via our website and other Social Media platforms.  These people may or may not have made commitment either to Christ or to join our Ministry. Our community is as wide as the Lord grants us leverage.

B. The Visitors

This comprises everyone that shows up in any of our Meetings or events, which usually consist of believers and non-believers.  We pay special attention to our visitors to see how we can be of help to them in any possible ways.

C. The Members

These are believers that have officially made a commitment to be part of our local family churches. To be accepted as a member, individuals would have:

  • Received Jesus as Lord and Saviour
  • Undergone Believers Foundation Class 101 – here or elsewhere, with evidence
  • Been Baptized by immersion  – here or elsewhere, with evidence
  • Completed Membership Class (Class 201)

Thereafter, their names are entered into the Church Membership Register.

D.  Ministers-in-Training

Once admitted as full member, individuals are encouraged to enroll in our phased Life Preparatory Courses. These include the Purpose Discovery Course (PD301), Ministry Discovery Course (MD401) and Missions Discovery Course (MiD501). These Courses prepare individuals to use their gifts, careers and professions to serve in the kingdom and make impact within the local Church and in the larger society.

E. Associate Ministers

These are commissioned ministry leaders functioning in different capacities. They must have attended Ministers-in-Training courses or have evidence to have attended similar courses elsewhere, particularly a reputable Bible School.

  • Individual Development Process (IDP)

This comprises series of personal development programmes designed to build the spiritual life of our people and prepare them for life and ministry.
